She was the cherished mother of three children, Carmen Rachael Vazquez, Sara Melissa Vazquez and Eduardo Vazquez Jr. She was the grandmother, known as “Nani” to her three grandsons, John Joseph Morais III, Elijah Jacob Morais and Caeden Reece Vazquez-Marines. Elizabeth was born to Jose F. Cardona and Carmen M. Cardona in Santurce, Puerto Rico on May 26th, 1965. She was the sister of Jose A. Cardona, Wanda Cardona and Edgardo Cardona, and also mother-in-law to Henry Zepeda.
